At Bask and Opulence, we take great care in ensuring every reed diffuser reaches you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
● The product arrives damaged or defective.
● You are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange or return it (subject to inspection).
● You received the wrong item.
To qualify for a return:
● The diffuser must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
● Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
● Opened or used reed diffusers.
● Products damaged due to customer handling or improper use.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return or arrange a pick-up:
1. Visit our Contact Us page.
2. Fill out the Form — include your order number, contact details, and a brief
description of the issue.
3. Our team will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the collection details or
next steps.
4. Pick-Up Process
We offer a convenient pick-up service for eligible returns. Please ensure:
● The product is securely packaged to prevent damage during collection.
● A pick-up address and suitable time are provided in the form.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return:
● Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7
business days.
● Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved.
6. Damaged Deliveries
If your diffuser arrives broken or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
